Yaprun – Infinex Kaito Campaign

Terms & Conditions

Infinex is launching this Kaito Campaign (this “Campaign”) to reward creators of high-quality Infinex-related content on 𝕏. This Campaign is a game of skill in which Infinex users compete to refer friends to Infinex and garner mindshare on 𝕏 by posting high-quality content, replies, digital media, and other forms of content. 1,000 Patron NFTs will be made available for participants in this Campaign (“Participants” or “you”).

Eligibility Criteria:

To participate in this Campaign, you agree that you must:

• be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and have the ability to legally form a binding agreement;
• be a Kaito Yapper or have users sign up via your referral link;
• connect your 𝕏 account to your Infinex account; and
• acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • All promotions including this Kaito Campaign are only available to users who are eligible to create an Infinex Account pursuant to the Infinex Terms of Use and may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.
  • You are responsible for informing yourself about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Infinex in each country/region from which Infinex is accessed.
  • Infinex reserves the right to change, modify or impose additional restrictions with respect to the access to and use of the Infinex unhosted wallet services from time to time in its sole discretion at any time without notification.
  • Only users who have deposited assets into their Infinex Accounts and opted into the Kaito Campaign will be eligible for any rewards. No purchase from or payment to Infinex is necessary to participate.
  • You agree to be bound by our Terms of Use , these “Terms and Conditions,” and the “Rules” provided below.

Rules:

• The object of this Campaign is to rank as highly as possible on the Campaign dashboard located within your Infinex Account by posting high-quality, Infinex-related content on 𝕏, referring friends to create an Infinex Account for the first time, and using Infinex.
• A total of up to 1,000 Patron NFTs will be made available for Participants at the end of the Campaign. Participants’ will be ranked via an off-chain proprietary algorithm. This ranking will be updated and displayed on a weekly basis on the Infinex website. The final ranking for each season will determine the allocation, if any of “Micro Patrons.”
• A total of 1,000,000,000 Micro Patrons will be allocated to Participants in this Kaito Campaign over four “Seasons” 10% of the Micro Patrons will be directly allocated to the Kaito Ecosystem, at the start of Season One. A further 10% will be allocated to the Kaito Ecosystem at the end of Season Three, based on a user quality algorithm. The remaining Micro Patrons will be allocated to Campaign Participants as follows:
  • Season 0: February 12, 2025 to May 16, 2025: Season 0 was conducted in stealth. Infinex will assign a rank to Season 0 Participants based on historical data. 10% of the total amount of Micro Patrons will be distributed in Season 0.
  • Season 1: Season 1 begins immediately as Season 0 ends. 15% of the total amount of Micro Patrons will be distributed in Season1.
  • Season 2: Season 2 begins immediately as Season 1 ends. 25% of the total amount of Micro Patrons will be distributed in Season 2.
  • Season 3: Season 3 begins immediately as Season 2 ends. 30% of the total amount of Micro Patrons will be distributed in Season 3.
• You will be ranked by an algorithm that factors in a range of scoring components including the following:
  • Position on the Infinex yapper leaderboard on Kaito;
  • Activity of users you have referred; and
  • Posting high-quality, Infinex-related content on 𝕏.
• Your Kaito leaderboard position will be one factor among several others in determining your ranking.
• Infinex’s specific ranking calculation methodology will remain undisclosed to prevent Participants from gaming the system. To avoid sybils, reduce spam, and focus reward distributions only to genuine Participants, Infinex will be actively monitoring content and screening for spam.
• WARNING: Bots, AI-generated content, and timeline slop (“low-quality content”) will be penalized. By contrast, high-quality, genuine content will be rewarded. Infinex reserves the right to determine whether content constitutes low-quality content or genuine content in its sole and absolute discretion and without notice, reason, or recourse of any kind to you.
• Your ranking will be updated weekly in the Campaign dashboard located within your Infinex Account.
• Micro Patrons are not transferrable and not directly redeemable for Patron NFTs. Micro Patrons’ utility and corresponding rewards will be revealed after the Campaign concludes.
• You are participating in this Campaign at your own risk, and hereby disclaim Infinex of any claims, real or other, from any legal action taken by or upon you through your participation in this Campaign or your use of any Infinex unhosted wallet software.
• You agree to accept any decision made by Infinex as part of the Campaign. All decisions made by Infinex shall be final, and there is no appeals process.
• Infinex reserves the right, at its own and complete discretion, and at any time, to modify or temporarily or permanently suspend or eliminate this Campaign or any other Infinex campaign.
• This Campaign is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other regulated financial instruments as defined by the laws in any applicable jurisdiction.
• Infinex reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any Participants that it deems ineligible for participation in this Campaign at the sole discretion of Infinex. This includes, but is not limited to, by violating any of these Terms and Condition, violating Infinex’s Terms of Use, or having engaged in conduct that Infinex considers inappropriate or unacceptable (including, without limitation engaging in spam or cyberattacks). Infinex’s decisions in such an event shall be final.
• The user’s participation in this Campaign carries no rights, express or implied, other than the prizes or rewards made available to users based on their performance in this Campaign.

Limitation of Liability:

The total liability for Infinex relating to this Campaign or any other Infinex campaign, including any claim under these Terms and Conditions, is limited to the amount, if any, that the user bringing the claim has paid to Infinex. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinex will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Time Limit to Bring Claims:

You and Infinex both agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to this Campaign or any Infinex campaign must commence within three (3) months after the cause of action arose; otherwise such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.

Important Disclaimer:

Infinex is a new and experimental on-chain unhosted wallet protocol operated in an open and decentralized fashion. You agree to assume all risk related to any bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, or exploits that may exist in the Infinex Account, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. You acknowledge and agree that your use or interaction with Infinex is at your own risk and that Infinex waives all liability or responsibility and makes no warranties related to the Infinex Account. Digital asset prices are subject to high market risk and price volatility.

The value of your digital assets may increase or decrease, and you may not get back the amount you initially deposited into your Infinex Account due to price volatility. You are solely responsible for your decision to participate or not participate in this Campaign, and Infinex is not liable for any losses you may incur. You should carefully consider your experience with blockchain technology, personal financial situation, and risk tolerance and consult an independent financial adviser prior to making any digital asset purchases. None of the content on Infinex contains financial advice or advice or recommendations or any kind. Please participate responsibly.
