Roadmap

First, we established the platform, which required significant R&D and design work. Infinex spent almost twelve months in semi-stealth mode. By April 2024, we had finalised the architecture for our launch.

During Launch Season, the platform was the product. We educated our crypto-native audience about the many Infinex design choices and delighted them with thoughtful UX and fun incentives.

Infinex launched with three sequential campaigns:

1. Speedrun the Waitlist - incentivised the initial user base to deposit assets into their accounts and to create a list of users for future integration rollouts.
2. Craterun - distributed access to the Patron NFT and incentivised more assets to be deposited and more users accounts to be created.
3. Patron Sale - aligned a broad community around Infinex's vision and set a NFT sale record.

In the later part of Launch Season, we also released the first wave of onchain integrations, that got the ball rolling on Integration Season.

Having established our initial user, community, and Patron base, as well as core account functionality, it's time to rapidly roll out the features that bring us to parity with your favourite centralized exchanges, and beyond. The goal is to make Infinex a key tool in your daily crypto life.

For the last decade and a half, each new wave of users has been onboarded via a CEX. This cycle, we intend for them to land onchain first. If we are successful, Infinex will prove that onchain is far better, cheaper and safer than CeFi.
