2. Children Under the Age of 18.

Our Website is not intended for children under eighteen (18) years of age. No one under age eighteen (18) may provide any information to us, including on the Website. 3. The Kinds of Personal Information We Collect.

Information You Provide to Us: The information we collect on or through our Website may include:

• Your public key address or other public identifier related to your blockchain wallet or activity (including Ethereum Name Service “.eth” domain or similar domain services on other supported blockchain networks).

Information Collected Automatically: When using our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

• Information about the equipment, software, and configurations you use to access our website;
• Usage details, including the total time you spend on our website, the time you spend on each page and in what order those pages were visited and the internal links clicked, the general geographic location from which you access our Website, which browser and operating system you are using to visit our Website, and the referring website; and
• Performance details, including monitor page load times, CPU/memory usage, browser crashes and React component rendering.

The information we collect automatically is only statistical data and does not, itself, include personal information, though it may be correlated with other personal information (for example, in relation to your publicly viewable blockchain activities. Nonetheless, we do not perform such associations to build unique user profiles and only use this information to help us improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

• Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Website according to your individual interests;

In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with third parties, publish such aggregated information or make such aggregated information generally available. We will maintain and use de-identified information in anonymous or de-identified form, and we will not attempt to re-identify the information, unless required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.

6. Privacy & the Blockchain

A key feature of many blockchain technologies, including any blockchain on which Infinex’s services rely, is the transparency and public accessibility of on-chain transactions. This includes but is in no way limited to your public sending address (“public key”) and any other information that you choose to include. Additionally, information stored on-chain may be public, immutable, and not easily removed or deleted and, in many cases, cannot be deleted. Your public keys may reveal information about you and this information can potentially be correlated now or in the future by any party who chooses to do so, including law enforcement. If you are unfamiliar with blockchain technology and its transparent and public nature, we strongly encourage you to conduct your own research into blockchain before electing to use our services.

7. Your Choices

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

• Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

8. Third Party Service Providers

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third parties, including those that operate websites to which our Website links. The inclusion of a link on our Website does not imply that we or our affiliates endorse the practices of the linked website. Infinex uses third-party software solutions for multifactor authentication, including “Passkeys” provided by third parties, such as Google or Apple. Your use of Passkeys is governed by the relevant Passkey provider’s terms of service agreements and privacy policies. We cannot, and do not, make any representations or warranties of any kind regarding the security of any third-party Passkey service or its data collection and security practices. Your use of Passkeys in concert with Infinex is solely at your own risk.

9. Data Security.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have chosen a Passkey for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this Passkey secured and confidential. This applies to any private keys you may use in relation to our Website or our services. We strongly encourage you not to share your access credentials with anyone for any reason.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

10. Special Disclosures for European Users.

Under the European General Data Protection Act, every European user is entitled to the following:

We are active across the world. Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Please note that you must verify your identity and request before further action is taken. As a part of this process, government identification may be required. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page or when you log into the Interface.
