Terms & Conditions

Ethena GmbH (“Ethena”) is making its ENA tokens available to certain Infinex users that meet the criteria set forth below. To participate in the ENA claims process, you hereby represent, warrant, and agree as follows:

• You are not a citizen or resident of the United States;
• You agree to be bound to Infinex’s Terms of Use , which is hereby incorporated by reference;
• You are not subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties, including but not limited to the lists maintained by the United Nations Security Council, the United States government (i.e., the Specially Designated Nationals list and foreign sanctions evaders list of the United States Department of Treasury and the entity list of the United States Department of Commerce), the European Union or its member states, the United Kingdom, or other applicable government authority; and
• You agree to waive any and all claims against Sempiternal Autarky Foundation and its affiliates (collectively, “Infinex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and release us from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from or in any way relating to your participation in the claiming of any ENA tokens provided through the Infinex unhosted wallet interface and protocol.
