Infinex announces acquisition of Keypom

Infinex (infinex.xyz), a rapidly growing consumer crypto platform focused on delivering the best onchain user experience, today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Keypom (keypom.xyz), a leading provider within the NEAR ecosystem of crypto onboarding, key management and user experience solutions. This strategic acquisition is poised to significantly enhance Infinex’s NEAR chain signatures development, accelerating support for Bitcoin, Litecoin, DOGE and other major cryptocurrencies.

Under the terms of the agreement, Keypom will be acquired using a combination of cash and tokens. Both teams share a common vision of simplifying the complexity inherent in decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 services. By leveraging Keypom’s expertise in account abstraction capabilities directly into Infinex’s platform, the combined entity aims to lower the barriers to entry for crypto users.

Keypom’s team will join Infinex’s core working group, adding their expertise in the NEAR ecosystem and user experience to the Infinex engineering team. As a result, users can expect a rapid rollout of NEAR tech, including chain signatures, chain abstraction and cross-chain intents.
