How to participate:

To be eligible for the giveaway:

• Eligibility: A Patron NFT must have been purchased on a secondary marketplace such as Opensea, Blur, or Magic Eden and deposited it into your Infinex Account.

• NFTs, Multiple Entries – Each Patron NFT you purchase and deposit counts as a separate entry, boosting your chances of winning.
• Keep Your NFT Deposited – Entries will be confirmed through a snapshot taken at the end of the competition at 11:00 UTC on November 1st.
• Ensure you have a notifications email setup on your Infinex account. Any winner drawn who does not have notifications setup will have no way of being contacted by the team and will forfeit their prize.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must purchase a Patron NFT from a secondary marketplace such as Blur, Magic Eden, or OpenSea to qualify.
2. To enter, the Patron NFT must be deposited into the participant’s Infinex Account before the snapshot. A snapshot of all eligible NFTs purchased on secondary marketplaces and deposited into Infinex Accounts will be taken at the end of the giveaway period. Only NFTs included in the snapshot will qualify for the draw.
3. Each deposited NFT counts as a separate entry, meaning participants with multiple NFTs increase their chances of winning.
4. The eligible winner can choose to receive a $5,000 USDC prize instead of the Thailand holiday, no questions asked.
5. Each winner may bring one (1) guest (“Plus-One”). Infinex will provide the winner and their plus one with Business class round-trip flights from their current country, accommodation in Bangkok from the 11-16th of November 2024, transport from the airport to the hotel (one way), and an Infinex Merch Bag.
6. Winners have 24 hours to accept their prize after being contacted by the Infinex team, otherwise, the winner will be redrawn.
7. Winners will be selected using verifiable on-chain randomness via PYTH VRF, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
8. The Infinex Core Working Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant for malicious behavior and or not following these Terms & Conditions.
9. Winners and their Plus-Ones are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and visas. Infinex is not liable for any travel issues resulting from missing documentation. Please note, that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the time of departure.
10. By accepting the prize, winners consent to public recognition and promotional use of their name or alias by Infinex.
11. Infinex is not responsible for travel disruptions, event cancellations, or other factors beyond its control.
12. The winner must provide Infinex with details such as their and Plus-One’s passport so that flights and accommodation can be arranged.
13. Infinex will not support transportation for any sanctioned individuals, flights from any sanctioned countries, or individuals who are residents of a sanctioned country.
14. Infinex is not responsible for users purchasing Patron NFTs from contract addresses other than the official one provided in the blog.
15. Winners and their plus-one must be the older of: (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age or (ii) the legal age to form a binding contract. Winners and their plus-one represent to us that they are: (1) not subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties, including but not limited to the lists maintained by the United Nations Security Council, the U.S. government (e.g., the Specially Designated Nationals List and Foreign Sanctions Evaders List of the U.S. Department of Treasury, and the Entity List of the U.S. Department of Commerce), the European Union or its member states, the United Kingdom, or other applicable government authorities; and (2) not located in any country subject to a comprehensive sanctions program implemented by the United States.
