Asset Withdrawals

Withdrawals are now enabled. You can deposit, store and withdraw supported assets across six chains.

Look for the Withdraw button in the Wallet.

You can withdraw funds to the recovery address nominated during the Funds Recovery Setup. Please ensure you have full access to your submitted address on your nominated network. If you do not have access, please wait until we add additional functionality that will enable withdrawals to other addresses.

Smart Contract Accounts

If you have nominated a smart contract account as your recovery mechanism during the Funds Recovery Setup, please double-check the submitted address. Smart contract accounts may not be deployed across all desired networks.

If you're not sure whether this applies to you, Infinex will detect smart contract accounts during the withdrawal process and prompt relevant users with a disclaimer and confirmation.

How do withdrawals work?

The first version of withdrawals only allows you to withdraw your full balance to the recovery address per asset, per chain. Future versions will include features for partial balance withdrawals and the ability to select different wallets for your withdrawals.

What address do withdrawals go to?

There are two destination addresses where withdrawals can be sent: an EVM wallet, which includes a bundle of five networks, or the Solana Wallet. The EVM networks includes the following: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and Polygon.

Can I deposit funds again if I have withdrawn?

Yes! You can make deposits into your account at anytime.

Can I change my recovery address?

Currently, it is not possible to change your recovery address once it has been added. However, future versions will include the option to update your recovery address.
