Swidge is now live for everyone, and free
Last week we rolled out Swidge Beta to Infinex Patrons, ahead of a planned open beta. We received overwhelmingly positive and constructive feedback (thank you), which we are busily acting on.

If you have an Infinex account, you can now swidge. Check out the last changelog for an overview of Swidge, and the new Wallet.
And if you don't have an Infinex account, sign up now – it takes about 30 seconds.
Swidge is free
The feedback was clear: Swidge is amazing, but it feels expensive. We heard you, so from today Swidge is free to use, with users only paying the network (gas) cost for swidge transactions.
Better still, if you are an Infinex Patron, you won't even pay network costs on low-fee blockchains, including Solana.
If you swidged early and paid fees, you'll shortly get your fees refunded via an airdrop in your Infinex account. Look out for that.
Priority mode
There's nothing quite like launching and unexpectedly stress-testing a new feature in the week that an incoming POTUS launches a memecoin and causes a chain meltdown.
As a result, we've added an optional 'priority mode' for Solana swaps. When enabled, 'priority mode' causes your transactions to be submitted with a higher (priority) network fee, to improve the likelihood of landing your trade during particularly busy periods.
More Swidge improvements
We've also made a number of improvements to the overall Swidge experience, including:
- Improved quotes with detailed price breakdowns, faster quote fetching, and clearer routing
- Improved experience when selecting the destination asset
- Improved auto slippage settings to reduce the number of slippage-related issues
- More helpful and actionable warning and error messages when something does go wrong
- Ability to get swidge quotes for any asset, not just those that you hold in your Wallet
Coming up
Over the coming weeks, we'll be adding more features and improvements to Swidge, including more providers, speed and reliability optimisations, and refinements to the overall user experience.
In parallel, we're currently redesigning how we display your assets in the app to add live prices, price movements, price history, and asset charts, among other useful details. We're excited to level up the Infinex wallet experience next.
